Anyone who seeks or finds inspiration in the most unlikely of places. Ferris throws information at you as though it is going out of fashion. If you can absorb all of this then you will undoubtedly walk away freshly inspired and ready to take on the world.
The habits and routines that you set are the hallmark of your success. If you set the right routines (sleep, eating, exercise) then you will be in the perfect position to succeed. He looks at how others from a wide range of industries have become successful on the back of this idea.

This is a 650-page book that you can dip in and out of to get the right messages for your life. I’m sure over time you will read the whole thing, but the best way to use this book is as a pint of reference rather than a straight-out cover to cover read.
