Since 2020, Réalta Associates have been specialising in finding the best Cloud, DevOps and Engineering mid to senior-level professionals for their Global client base. With Irish heritage, they settled on a name for the rebrand from the off. Réalta means star in Irish, so they wanted to make that a focal point of the branding, and switch their primary colour warm blue for a feeling of tranquillity to better align themselves with their industry. For web design, the primary objective was make the site a BD tool attracting new clients, whilst still having a solid focus on continuing to build their talent pool and having a job board for easy applications.
